Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in banking by ensuring proper documentation for accounts and loans. It conducts various complex verification tasks to support all products, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, as well as the completeness of documents and account modifications. Quality Assurance is a vital part of the Bank's Compliance Team.
The Quality Assurance Loan Specialist I must have general banking knowledge and be detail orientated. Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance and/or secondary market eligible loans is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities (Essential):
Provide back up to other Quality Assurance Specialists and records as needed Comprehend and adhere to federal banking regulations in accordance with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's policies and procedures.
